By using PerfectTake AI (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Your content

• You must only upload photos you have the right to use, and that depict you (or someone who has consented).
• You are responsible for the content you upload and how you use generated results.

Prohibited use

• Do not upload illegal content or content that violates someone else’s rights.
• Do not use the app to impersonate others or create deceptive content.
• Generated results are user-controlled. Do not use the app to mislead others about your identity.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions

Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results. AI-generated edits may vary depending on the source photo and selected settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
