PerfectTake AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) helps you retake photos using AI. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Photos you upload to create retakes.
• Generated images created from your edits.
• Edit requests such as the settings, prompts, or brush masks you choose for an edit.
• App data such as your app-generated user ID, app events (e.g., purchase started), and basic diagnostics.

How we use your data

• To process your request and generate your retakes.
• To operate subscriptions and verify access.
• To improve app stability and user experience.

Photos and retention

• Uploads may be retained temporarily on our backend to process your request and deliver results.
• Our backend stores original uploads privately for a short period and stores generated previews temporarily so they can be delivered back to your device.
• Requests sent to fal.ai are configured with headers intended to reduce provider-side storage, including disabling stored I/O where supported and requesting a short object lifecycle.
• Generated previews may be retained for a limited time on our backend unless we mark them to be kept longer for delivery or product functionality.

We do not use your photos for training

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated images to train machine learning models.

Third parties

We use third-party services to operate the app, including:

• fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc.) and supported AI model providers used by fal.ai to process your edit request and generate the edited image.
• RevenueCat (to manage subscriptions and entitlements).
• Apple (App Store billing and account management).

We also use first-party analytics on our own backend to understand app usage and improve reliability. Your photos, edit requests, and any related mask or reference images used by a tool are processed only to generate the image you requested. We do not use your photos for advertising tracking, biometric identification, or profiling.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
